About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst fluent in Czech to join a dynamic IT support team in Budapest. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues, handling requests via phone, chat, email, or self-service portal. You'll log incidents, manage ticket lifecycles, coordinate with technical teams when needed, and ensure timely resolutions while always delivering great service. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, balancing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

  • Native or fluent Czech (C1 level), plus strong English (B2 or higher)
  • 13 years experience in IT Service Desk, Application Support, or Technical Support (L1L2)
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk, HPSM)
  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals operating systems, databases, SDLC, enterprise applications (SAP or similar)
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or MCSE (or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
