Cloud & Systems Administrator - Limassol, Cyprus

We are seeking a handson Cloud & Systems Administrator to join a companys IT & Cybersecurity team in Limassol and help build secure, reliable infrastructure that supports growth and regulatory compliance.

What youll do

• Manage hybrid IT infrastructure including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on premise systems maintaining stable, secure operations across cloud and local environments.
• Lead cloud migration projects, server maintenance, and access management using tools like Microsoft Entra ID.
• Maintain and test backup, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures ensuring business resilience and compliance readiness.
• Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to align ICT systems with regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001), preparing audit ready documentation and configuration records.
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support, and manage onboarding/offboarding of users, ensuring secure and properly configured access.

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems and cloud administration in an ICT or regulated environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and familiarity with Linux systems.
• Deep understanding of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and audit documentation practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills able to work collaboratively and clearly report on IT compliance and status.
• Fluency in English; additional languages may be a plus depending on the team composition and client base.
