We are seeking a driven and communicative Team Manager to oversee our Portuguese-speaking Game Presenter team and support live-studio operations in Bogotá.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Portuguese-speaking game presenters, providing guidance and support to foster both personal and professional growth.
• Manage team operations: handle scheduling, attendance tracking, performance oversight, and resolve any operational or personnel issues in line with company standards.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment encouraging open communication, regular team meetings, and continuous learning and development.
• Identify training needs, coordinate with training departments, and help deliver coaching or development to maintain high-quality performance standards.
• Ensure that all studio operations comply with internal policies and quality standards keeping workflow, show delivery, and team standards consistent and professional.

Who were looking for

• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1) with strong written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (team leader, supervisor or related), with leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficient with standard office software (e.g. productivity tools), and comfortable in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including variable working hours.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, conflict-management and communication skills able to guide, motivate, and manage a diverse team with sensitivity and clarity.
