Junior Data Specialist — Bangkok, Thailand

About the Role

We are looking for a curious and motivated Junior Data Specialist to join our data team in Bangkok. In this role, you'll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support data collection, reporting, and insights generation. Youll help maintain data quality, create clear visualisations and dashboards, and contribute to projects that inform strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection, cleaning, validation, and preparation for analysis
• Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate key trends and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable information
• Help monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Contribute to ad hoc research and analytical projects as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• Some exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment
