About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building products that scale. You'll work across the entire development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality software used by businesses every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build secure and reliable backend services and APIs.
• Own features from design through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• You must already be living in Munich or the surrounding area. This role requires on-site work five days per week and does not offer relocation support.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or Software Engineer.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong experience with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade applications.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of software architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI applications, LLMs, or machine learning integrations.
• Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced product environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
