What You'll Do

• Lead and schedule teams of operators and presenters to ensure smooth, 24/7 live broadcast operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, breaks, rotations, and shift handovers to maintain optimal staffing levels and performance.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders-team members, players, and clients.
• Enforce company standards, procedures, and game policies to ensure compliance and quality output.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and support professional development of your team.
• Collaborate with production, ops, and technical teams to analyse performance data, identify improvements, and implement best practices.

Who You Are

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or shift-management experience in live entertainment, gaming or operations.
• Strong communicator in English (C1 level) with ability to operate in a fast-paced live broadcast environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, teams and shifts with precision and resilience.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable working with live-production platforms, office applications and shift-tracking tools.
• A proactive leader with strong decision-making skills, drive, and a collaborative mindset.
