What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain all audiovisual infrastructure: set up, configure, and monitor video, audio, and broadcast systems to ensure seamless live-streams and studio productions.
  • Oversee broadcast workflows: coordinate signal routing, live feeds, streaming, recording, and ensure all outputs meet technical and quality standards.
  • Lead troubleshooting and maintenance: quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues hardware or software to minimize downtime and maintain 24/7 broadcast reliability.
  • Supervise and mentor the AV/tech team: organise schedules, training, and quality control to uphold consistent standards and efficient studio operations.
  • Collaborate with production and operations departments: plan broadcast sessions, manage resources, ensure synchronization between teams, and support project planning.
  • Maintain documentation and inventory: track equipment, update logs, manage upgrades or replacements, and ensure compliance with safety and broadcast regulations.

Who were looking for

  • Proven experience in broadcast production, AV engineering, or similar technical roles confident handling complex AV systems and live broadcast demands.
  • Strong technical skills: knowledge of video/audio equipment, broadcast workflows, streaming, signal routing, and troubleshooting under pressure.
  • Leadership and organisational ability: capable of managing a team, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth workflows across shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus), with professionalism and clarity for coordinating with international teams.
  • Flexibility to work shifts (including nights/weekends) when required by live broadcast schedules.
