Game Presenter Team Manager - Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for a dedicated Game Presenter Team Manager to guide and support live studio presenters, ensuring top quality and seamless operations in a fast paced, international environment.

What youll do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of game presenters helping them grow professionally and maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee daily team operations: manage scheduling, attendance, shift rotations, and ensure smooth, consistent studio workflow.
• Promote a collaborative, supportive working environment by encouraging open communication and regular team interactions.
• Identify training needs, coordinate skill development initiatives, and work with relevant departments to deliver coaching and development.
• Make sure every session meets company policies and performance standards ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across all broadcasts.

What were looking for

• Fluent English (C1) excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role (team lead, supervisor or equivalent). Academic qualification in management or relevant field is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and strong organisational and people management skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to a fast paced, shift based work environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including shift work (rotational shifts: e.g. mornings, afternoons, nights).
