About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative fluent in French to join our growing support team based in Porto. In this full-time role, you will be an essential part of delivering outstanding customer experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and building long-term relationships with customers across a variety of channels including phone, email and chat. Your work will help strengthen customer satisfaction and contribute to overall service excellence.
What Youll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, helping customers with questions about products, services, accounts and more.
- Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, offering solutions and guidance tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and outcomes using internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently and to the customers satisfaction.
- Stay informed about products, services and company policies to provide current and helpful advice.
- Contribute to team goals by upholding service quality standards and performance expectations.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent French with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong command of English to interact with international colleagues and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, keep accurate records, and manage time effectively.
- Comfort working with customer service software and CRM tools, or willingness to learn them quickly.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related support role is an advantage but not required.
