Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist (German) - Lisbon, Portugal

• Plan, build and optimize advertising campaigns for highvalue clients working across search, mobile and video advertising channels, with a focus on maximizing ROI and campaign efficiency.
• Create keyword packs, manage bids and budgets, analyze account and campaign data, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Generate and present data driven reports and insights to support optimization strategies and guide decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with content, analytics and operations teams coordinating on localisation, campaign setup, budget management, and performance tracking.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments bring ideas for innovation and process improvement.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent German (C1+) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good command of English (at least B2) to communicate in a multilingual working environment.
• 12 years (or more) experience in digital marketing, campaign optimization, PPC/SEM or similar roles ideally within a B2B environment.
• Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads / AdWords), comfort working with data and analytics, and solid computer literacy (especially Excel/Office).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to new digital marketing strategies.
