Makeup & Hairstylist - Belgrade, Serbia

We are seeking a dedicated Makeup & Hairstylist to join our team and contribute to high-quality, on-camera productions in Belgrade.

What you will do

• Provide professional makeup, hairstyling, and tattoo-coverage (when needed), ensuring camera-ready appearance for broadcast standards.
• Offer on-set touch-ups and hairstyle maintenance during sessions; keep tools, workstations and styling areas clean, organized, and ready to use.
• Manage wardrobe and styling materials: monitor stock levels of cosmetics, accessories and styling products, ensure proper storage and use.
• Train or assist colleagues with appearance and styling standards when required; communicate and document appearance-related requests or adjustments efficiently.
• Work flexibly across various shifts in a 24/7-studio environment, adapting to production schedules and team needs.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Serbian (C1) with good English (at least B1) to facilitate clear communication with team.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling (or related field, e.g. cosmetology, barber/stylist).
• Professional certification or relevant qualification in makeup artistry, hairstyling, or a related artistic/beauty field.
• Excellent attention to detail, discipline, and ability to deliver consistent high-quality results under production pressure and tight schedules.
• Comfort working in a multicultural, dynamic studio setting with variable hours and shift-based work.
