About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, client focused Onboarding Account Manager fluent in Danish to join a dynamic, fast growing team in Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, build strong relationships, and help them launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Youll act as a trusted advisor understanding customer goals, recommending tailored solutions, managing CRM data, and driving upselling opportunities. Your work will shape long-term success for clients and help build a robust portfolio of satisfied customers.
What You Need
- Native or fluent Danish (C2) and strong English (C1) additional Nordic languages are a plus
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) marketing or communications studies are an advantage
- Approximately 20+ months of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client facing or high impact roles
- Comfort using CRM tools, managing data, and working with AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and outreach strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, a solutionoriented mindset, and ability to work independently while hitting targets
- Strategic thinking, ability to analyze market trends, and understanding of the Nordic market and its business culture
