What youll do

  • Provide first line and advanced technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues related to software, cloud services or IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot problems, diagnose root causes, and guide clients or colleagues through solutions ensuring swift resolution and high-quality support.
  • Document all support requests, steps taken and outcomes thoroughly; maintain clear records and follow up on open tickets.
  • Collaborate with developers, operations and other departments to escalate complex issues, offer feedback and help improve service quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting optimizations for support processes, tools or documentation standards.
  • Interact with clients in Dutch (and English as needed) offering clear and professional communication, ensuring client satisfaction and a high standard of service.

What were looking for

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1+), plus strong English skills for international collaboration.
  • Experience in technical support, IT help desk, system administration or related roles with ability to handle cloud or software based environments.
  • Solid problem lving skills, patience, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills comfortable explaining technical concepts to nontechnical users in a clear, friendly way.
  • Team oriented mindset and readiness to adapt in a multicultural, fastpaced environment.
