What You'll Do

• Supervise a diverse on-floor team of Turkish-speaking presenters, ensuring professional and engaging performance standards
• Manage daily schedules, shifts, rotations, and breaks to maintain smooth 24/7 live flow
• Communicate updates on procedures, policy changes, and best practices to your team
• Resolve operational challenges and minor technical issues on the floor
• Act as the key liaison between frontline staff and management, providing feedback and recommendations
• Collect and analyse performance data, prepare insightful reports for leadership
• Identify coaching and development needs, and support team growth
• Ensure uniform, grooming, and presentation standards align with company guidelines

Who You Are

• Fluency in Turkish (C1 level) and strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role-preferably in gaming, hospitality, or operations
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities with proven time-management and multitasking capabilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays
