UX/UI Designer — Bangkok, Thailand

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our product team in Bangkok. In this role, you will help shape intuitive digital experiences by conducting user research, translating findings into user flows and wireframes, and developing polished interface designs. Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver user-centric solutions that balance visual appeal with usability and performance. Your contributions will help elevate how users interact with our products and shape the future of digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on prototypes.
• Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes that communicate design intent and user journeys.
• Ensure consistency and quality across design elements while upholding brand standards and accessibility considerations.
• Work closely with developers to support technical feasibility, implementation, and visual QA.
• Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, tools and best practices to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces for digital products, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI execution.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and an ability to translate research into actionable design decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to present concepts clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
• A keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering compelling digital experiences.
