Customer Service Representative (Dutch) - Lisbon, Portugal

What youll do

• Handle customer enquiries in Dutch (and English when needed), delivering friendly, accurate and efficient support across different channels (phone, email, chat).
• Assist clients by answering questions, resolving issues, explaining services or products, and maintaining high standards of customer experience.
• Maintain and update client records and interaction logs using internal software ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support, etc.) to manage cases, escalate problems when needed, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Provide clear, professional communication and maintain a positive, clientfocused attitude in a multicultural, multilingual environment.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken). Good command of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, helpdesk or similar roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport with clients.
• Good organisational skills, ability to work with databases or ticketing systems, and attention to detail.
• A proactive, serviceoriented mindset and readiness to work in a fastpaced international environment.
