Team Supervisor (Russian) Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Team Supervisor to help oversee our on floor operations, lead staff, and deliver top quality performance in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What youll do

• Supervise and support onfloor staff to ensure professional, engaging and highquality performance standards during live sessions.
• Manage daily team schedules including shift rotations, breaks and staffing to keep operations smooth and uninterrupted.
• Communicate updates on procedures, policies and best practices to the team; ensure compliance with company standards.
• Resolve minor technical or operational issues as they arise; liaise between frontline staff and management, providing feedback, updates and recommendations.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members; identify training needs and coordinate team development to boost performance and morale.
• Collect and analyse performance and operational data, prepare reports for management, and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain professional presentation and standards including appearance and conduct to ensure a consistent, highquality studio environment.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Russian (C1+) with excellent spoken and written communication; good English (at least B2) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role; background in customer service, hospitality, broadcasting or shift based operations is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: capable of managing a diverse team, resolving conflicts, motivating staff and ensuring a respectful work environment.
• Great organizational and time management abilities able to coordinate shifts, plan schedules, and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment.
• Flexibility and readiness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of performance in a fastpaced, livestudio setting.
