Trainer (Serbian) - Belgrade, Serbia

What youll do

• Develop and maintain training materials and structured programs to ensure staff are fully knowledgeable about games, procedures, and studio standards.
• Run training sessions for new hires and existing team members guiding them through onboarding, performance expectations, and continuous improvement.
• Work with management to identify individual and team training needs, design performance-improvement plans, and monitor progress through defined KPIs.
• Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to staff helping foster professional growth, confidence, and high-quality performance.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Serbian (C1) plus good English (B2) for clear communication in a multilingual environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in training, coaching, or staff development (experience in gaming or live-studio roles is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others develop their skills.
• Flexibility to work within a fast-paced, shift-based studio environment, adapting to changing schedules and demands.
