Customer Service Representative (Dutch/Flemish) - Athens, Greece

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch or Flemish to join an international support team in Athens. In this full-time role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers handling inquiries, resolving issues, clarifying bookings or payments, and delivering highquality support via phone and email. You will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth, efficient service.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent Dutch or Flemish (spoken and written), and a good command of English.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or comfort using tools such as Office365, CRM platforms, or similar internal systems.
• A solution oriented mindset, adaptability, and ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in customer support or contact centre work is a plus.
• Interest in travel or accommodation related services is welcome.
