About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing engineering team based in Limassol. In this role, you will ensure system stability, reliability, and performance by building and maintaining robust infrastructure, automating deployment and monitoring processes, responding to incidents, and collaborating with development teams to support continuous delivery and high availability. Your expertise will help shape and maintain a scalable, resilient platform that supports the companys growth ambitions across global markets.

What You Bring

• Strong background in operations, DevOps, or SRE roles, with hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale infrastructure
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, containerization, automation tools, monitoring/alerting systems, and scripting enabling you to reliably deliver and monitor services
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability issues under pressure
• Commitment to best practices around reliability, security, documentation, and collaboration across teams
• Strong communication skills; ability to work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles and high-quality systems
