AudioVisual Manager - Iași, Romania

We are seeking an experienced AudioVisual Manager to coordinate AV operations, ensuring quality and reliability across all production workflows.

What youll do

• Manage the full AV infrastructure: install, configure, and maintain sound, video, broadcast, and streaming equipment to support live and studio productions.
• Lead AV setups for live sessions and studio projects, ensuring technical workflows, signal quality, and broadcast standard audio/video output.
• Oversee routine maintenance, troubleshooting and system upgrades minimizing downtime and ensuring operational stability.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and broadcast teams to plan and execute AV requirements tailored to each projects needs.
• Supervise and mentor a technical AV team, coordinating work schedules, training, and continuous improvement to match evolving production demands.

Who were looking for

• Solid background in audiovisual engineering, broadcast production, media production or a similar technical field.
• Proven experience managing AV systems in studio or live production environments including live streaming, video/sound engineering, broadcast workflows, or comparable setups.
• Strong problem solving skills, technical expertise, and ability to lead AV operations under pressure.
• Excellent communication and team management skills capable of coordinating cross department workflows and maintaining high standards across shifts.
• Flexibility to adapt to live production schedules, which may include irregular hours or shift based work.
