• Engage and entertain players with strong presentation skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to perform consistently according to company standards.
• Maintain technical proficiency across all games; monitor your performance, ensure compliance with brand and quality guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What were looking for

• Fluency in English (B2+), both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
• Strong presentation skills, high energy, and ability to keep a professional demeanour even during long or demanding sessions quick thinking and composure under pressure are essential.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 schedule, reliability, punctuality and strong attention to detail essential for high-quality, customer-facing roles.
