About the Role
As a Games Presenter Team Manager, youll guide, motivate, and support your team to deliver engaging live gaming experiences to players around the world. You will supervise daily performance, coach and develop team members, ensure company standards are met, and promote a strong workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of Games Presenters
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions
• Monitor show quality and ensure all presenters follow studio guidelines
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team engagement
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Collaborate with department heads to improve processes and meet KPIs
• Solve operational issues quickly and support presenters in their daily work
• Identify high performers and help grow internal talent

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
• Excellent people-management and communication skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams
• Strong ability to multitask and handle fast-paced operations
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Professional attitude with a focus on performance and quality
• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, customer service, or gaming studios is an advantage but not required
