• Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks on lighting gear
• Manage inventory, organize cabling, and ensure all lighting installations meet safety standards

Who You Are

• Experienced working in live production, concerts, stage shows, or broadcast
• Proficient with lighting consoles (e.g., ETC, Avolites) and DMX protocol
• Technically skilled with a strong understanding of rigging, power distribution, and safety
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
• Communicative, organized, and collaborative comfortable working with creative and technical teams
• Flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
