What Youll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of game presenters to deliver engaging and professional live performances
• Manage presenter scheduling, staffing, and shifts to support continuous 24/7 live operations
• Collaborate with production, operations, and content teams to ensure show quality, pacing, and player engagement
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPI), offer feedback, and support presenters in career growth
• Design training programs and onboarding for new talent, helping them develop presenting skills and studio confidence
• Help roll out new game formats and local-language shows, contributing ideas for innovation and scaling

Who You Are

• Experienced in live game presentation, broadcasting, or a similar entertainment role
• Strong leadership skills able to motivate, evaluate, and mentor on-camera talent
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Organized, with a track record of managing schedules, teams, and processes
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Serbian, other) are an advantage
• Passionate about the gaming industry and delivering great player experiences
