About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive fluent in Norwegian to be part of our growing, hybrid team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play an important part in driving both sales and marketing efforts by building strong client relationships, delivering consultative guidance, and supporting campaigns that help clients maximise performance and achieve their business goals. Youll engage with clients regularly, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of our sales and marketing strategy.

What Youll Do

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and recommending tailored digital advertising and marketing solutions.
  • Deliver consultative support to help clients optimise their marketing spend and improve return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities for additional products and services that support business growth and retention.
  • Proactively engage with clients through calls, video meetings, and email to maintain high satisfaction and strong long-term partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams to align sales and marketing activities with broader business goals and performance metrics.
  • Consistently work toward and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.

What You Bring

  • Native or fluent Norwegian with strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, online advertising or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, AdSense or YouTube is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time-management and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative mindset in fast-paced settings, with a passion for technology, creativity and continuous learning.
