We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager fluent in Spanish and English to lead and grow our affiliate program across the LATAM region. What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of affiliate partners across Latin America, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to increase program reach and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize affiliate engagement and drive measurable results.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, tracking key metrics such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns and promotions with company goals.
- Provide affiliates with tools, resources, and guidance to optimize their campaigns and improve ROI.
- Regularly report on program performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Who you are
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in affiliate management, digital marketing, or business development is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, results-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
