What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Turkish game presenters to deliver engaging and professional live broadcasts
• Manage shift scheduling, staffing levels, and presenter rotations to support continuous 24/7 studio operations
• Collaborate with production, content, and operations to ensure smooth show flow, pacing, and high-quality engagement
• Monitor presenter performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development
• Develop and implement training programs and onboarding for new presenters to optimize their performance
• Contribute to launching new game formats and Turkish-language shows, bringing creativity and innovation to the table

Who You Are

• Experienced in live game presentation, broadcasting, or entertainment leadership
• Fluent in Turkish with strong English (or Serbian) communication skills
• Strong leadership and team-building skills motivated to inspire and grow talent
• Excellent organizational skills with experience in staff management and shift planning
• Proactive, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based live environment
• Passionate about iGaming and delivering outstanding player experiences
