About the Role
As a Cloud Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, supporting, and optimizing cloud-based systems. You will ensure high availability, strong security, and exceptional performance across production environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business goals and continuously improve system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
• Perform deployments, updates, and configuration changes following best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to cloud systems, networking, virtualization, and security.
• Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity processes.
• Implement automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual operations.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to support smooth delivery workflows.
• Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cloud Systems Administrator or similar systems/infrastructure role.
• Strong background with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Linux systems administration, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools to track and optimize system performance.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of security concepts including firewalls, IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD environments, or Infrastructure as Code is an advantage.
