Your responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in our platform.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve customer experience and platform usability.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Croatian speaker.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer support, hospitality, or travel booking is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
