What youll do

• Supervise and support on floor game presenters ensure professional, engaging and high quality performance from start to finish of every live session.
• Organize and manage team schedules, shift rotations and breaks to maintain smooth 24/7 operations.
• Communicate updates on procedures, standards and policies to the team; ensure everyone meets performance and conduct expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between presenters and senior management relay feedback, coordinate fixes for technical or operational issues, and keep the flow of communication open and efficient.
• Coach, motivate and mentor team members identify training needs, organize sessions for skill development, and help teammates grow both personally and professionally.
• Collect and analyze performance and session data, preparing reports and helping identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent in Russian (C1+), with strong spoken and written English (B2 or above).
• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or coordinating role ideally in entertainment, live presenting, broadcasting or a similar service driven environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to motivate a diverse team and maintain high morale under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage shifts and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced setting.
• Flexibility and readiness to work shift rotations, including evenings and nights. Ability to adapt quickly and keep calm under changing conditions.
