• Manage firmware and software updates, ensuring seamless communication between gaming and media servers
• Diagnose and resolve real-time technical issues to protect broadcast continuity
• Maintain clear system documentation equipment inventories, network diagrams, and maintenance logs
• Support deployment of new games and equipment across the studio
• Train and mentor junior equipment and technical support staff
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams daily

Who You Are

• Skilled in gaming hardware support or live-casino system administration
• Strong understanding of networking, hardware integration, and troubleshooting
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Communicative and collaborative, able to work across departments
• Fluent in Portuguese; English or Spanish is beneficial
