Cloud Solutions Specialist (English & Nordic) - Benalmádena or Valencia, Spain

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Specialist fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, to join our team and support clients across Nordic/European markets, with the flexibility to live in either Benalmádena or Valencia.

What youll do

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services for clients: support migration, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of cloud solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams: handle troubleshooting, permission/access management, security & compliance, and ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and support teams to tailor cloud solutions to client needs from initial proposal through deployment and further support.
• Monitor system usage, performance and reliability; manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and ensure business-continuity standards are met.
• Communicate clearly with clients in English and Nordic languages, producing reports, documentation, and technical briefs as needed.

What were looking for

• Fluency in English plus at least one Nordic language (e.g. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) strong written and spoken communication.
• Professional experience in cloud or system administration, IT infrastructure or similar roles comfortable working with hybrid environments, compliance requirements, and enterprise-grade setups.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently, and adaptability to shifting priorities in an international environment.
• Service-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and readiness to engage with clients and colleagues across different time zones and cultures.
