Games Presenter Team Manager (Turkish) - Belgrade, Serbia

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Games Presenter Team Manager to join our operations team in Belgrade, overseeing Turkishlanguage presenters and ensuring topquality studio performance.

What youll do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Turkish-speaking game presenters helping them achieve high performance and grow professionally.
• Manage team operations: scheduling, attendance tracking, shift coordination, performance supervision, and compliance with studio standards and company policies.
• Foster a collaborative, professional and positive working environment; facilitate communication across team members and encourage continuous development and teamwork.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with relevant departments to organise training and development initiatives, helping the team stay sharp and aligned with expectations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high quality broadcasts: enforce standards, monitor performance, handle operational or personnel issues, and ensure seamless service across all shifts.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Turkish (C1 level), with strong oral and written communication skills plus good English (B2) for teamwork and studio coordination.
• At least 1year of experience in a similar role (team lead, supervisor or relevant position) experience with live gaming or broadcast environments is a bonus.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem solving abilities; comfortable managing people and working under pressure.
• Proficiency with standard productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office), organisational skills, and ability to manage schedules, shifts, and reporting.
• Flexibility to work a shift based schedule (rotating shifts including nights), adaptability, reliability, and good time management.
