Are you ready to take a leadership role in equipment and operations management while living in Bogotá, a city full of energy, opportunity, and vibrant culture? We are seeking an experienced Senior Gaming Equipment Administrator to join a growing team in a fast-paced live-casino studio environment.
What you'll do
- Oversee and optimize the full lifecycle of all operational equipment, assets, and supplies making sure everything is accounted for, maintained, and ready for use across the studio.
- Lead the development and enforcement of inventory control processes: schedule maintenance, manage procurement, organize replacement or disposal of old equipment, and ensure items meet safety and quality standards.
- Manage access credentials, permissions, and security protocols for equipment and facilities guaranteeing compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Forecast supply and equipment needs, prepare purchase requests, negotiate with vendors or procurement partners, and ensure continuity and cost-efficiency of operations.
- Analyze equipment usage and operational data to identify inefficiencies, track performance trends, and propose improvements to optimize processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff or team members involved in equipment management offer training and oversight to ensure smooth operations.
What were looking for
- Native or fluent Portuguese (C1), plus strong English (at least B2), to communicate clearly in a multilingual, international environment.
- Solid experience in operations management, facilities coordination, or asset lifecycle management preferably in a fast-paced, multinational or live-production context.
- Strong computer skills: comfortable using inventory- or asset-management systems and standard office applications.
- Excellent organizational and analytical capacity, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure, and ensure data accuracy.
- Professional integrity, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders ensuring compliance, reliability, and high operational standards.
