We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join a dynamic team, overseeing end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced, international gaming-studio environment.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of projects from initial planning through execution and final handover - ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and resources to meet targets under demanding schedules.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams - collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and other departments to integrate technical and operational requirements.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders (technical teams, designers, operators, clients), manage risks, adapt to changes, and ensure projects meet organizational standards and performance goals.
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement and future success.

What were looking for

• Fluent English (C1 level) - excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Preferably a degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with both traditional (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) project management methodologies.
• Experience managing projects involving technical installations, system integration, or studio/production environments is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, organizational, analytical and time-management skills; ability to adapt and perform under pressure.
