Team Supervisor (Turkish-speaking) - Belgrade, Serbia

We are seeking a motivated and communicative Team Supervisor to join our gaming studios and guide our Turkish-speaking staff to success.

What youll do

• Supervise and support on floor team members to ensure professional, engaging and high quality performance during live sessions.
• Organize and manage daily staffing: create and coordinate schedules and shift rotations (day, evening, night), ensure sufficient coverage, and track attendance.
• Act as a bridge between management and frontline staff communicate updates on procedures and company policies, relay feedback, and handle minor operational issues.
• Provide coaching and support motivate staff, foster teamwork and collaboration, address performance or conduct issues, and help maintain a respectful, professional work atmosphere.
• Review and monitor uniform/appearance standards, ensuring all staff comply with grooming and presentation guidelines for oncamera and studio readiness.
• Collect operational and performance data, prepare daily reports, and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and quality standards.

What we are looking for

• Native or fluent Turkish (C1) plus good command of English (B2 or higher) excellent spoken and written communication.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, team lead or similar operations role familiarity with live studio, hospitality or service driven settings is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills able to manage people, support a multicultural team, and maintain composure in a fast paced, shift based environment.
• Good organizational skills and time management capable of coordinating shifts, handling scheduling changes and managing workflow dynamically.
• Flexibility to work according to shift schedules (including nights, weekends or holidays) required by live studio operations.
