About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in Icelandic to join a leading outsourcing / BPO team in Barcelona. In this full-time role (38.5h/week), you will assist international travellers and accommodation partners handling enquiries via phone and email, clarifying service, payment and technical questions, and ensuring excellent support throughout the process. You'll serve as a mediator between clients and accommodation providers, always striving to deliver a high level of service and clear communication, while following established procedures.

What You Need

  • Native or fluent Icelandic (C2), and strong command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in PC tools (Office 365, CRM platforms, internal systems)
  • A problem-solving attitude and a solution-driven mindset
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and processes
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact-centre settings is a plus
  • Willingness to work onsite in Barcelona (with possible commute from within 100km)
