What you will do
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements for software development and organisational projects (Trading platform).
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, workflows, and functional documentation.
- Bridge business and technical teams: ensure alignment between software solutions and company objectives, and monitor project progress, risks and delivery.
- Support development cycles: assist in requirement prioritisation, sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout of new features or improvements.
- Evaluate existing workflows and systems, propose enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement of business processes.
- Produce regular reports, metrics, and insights enabling informed strategic decisions and helping shape the companys future direction.
Who were looking for
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role), ideally within fintech, finance, software or regulated industry environments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, comfortable working with complex data and business logic.
- Excellent communication able to liaise with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, document requirements clearly, and present findings in an organised manner.
- Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with software development lifecycle and requirement management processes.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of working in a fast paced, evolving environment; fluent in English; additional languages or multicultural experience is a plus.
