• Implement improvements to the surveillance infrastructure and workflows to optimize coverage and effectiveness

Who You Are

• Experienced in surveillance or security control roles, preferably in gaming or live-stream environments
• Fluent in Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify irregular activities in real time
• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing a team through high-pressure situations
• Skilled in using surveillance tools, software systems, and standard reporting platforms
• Flexible with shift work, including nights and weekends
