Studio Manager (Serbian) - Belgrade, Serbia

What youll do

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members ensuring high performance, motivation, and operational excellence.
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling: coordinate shifts, coverage, and rotations to guarantee smooth, uninterrupted studio operations.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards maintain quality assurance and operational safety at all times.
• Analyze operational and financial data, adjust strategies to meet targets, and implement improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and resource allocation ensuring the studio environment is always up to standard.
• Foster and nurture a collaborative, positive team culture supporting professional growth and team cohesion across departments.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Serbian (C1) and strong written and spoken English (B2).
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an operations-management or team-lead role; experience managing large teams is a plus.
• Strong people-management, organizational, and leadership skills able to build, mentor, and manage teams under pressure.
• Basic financial-management skills, ability to handle budgeting and resource planning, and a proactive, analytical mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends or nights), and readiness to adapt in a dynamic, live-studio production setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills at all levels.
