About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst fluent in Norwegian to join an energetic IT support team in Budapest. In this full-time, onsite role, you'll act as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues via phone, chat, email or self-service portal. You'll log incidents, manage ticket lifecycles, escalate as needed, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure timely resolutions all while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, juggling priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced support environment.

What You Bring

  • Native or fluent Norwegian (C1) spoken and written plus strong English (at least B2)
  • 13 years experience in IT Service Desk, Application Support, or Technical Support (L1L2)
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk)
  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals operating systems, databases, SDLC, enterprise applications (e.g. SAP or similar)
  • Certifications like ITIL Foundation, MCSE or equivalent are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • A customer-focused attitude, self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to stay organized under pressure
