About the Role:
This role is based in Riga Latvia in a new, attractive office in a modern business center.

For our client, we are looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Accurately document case details and resolutions using the internal systems.
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved following company procedures and quality standards.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate manager when necessary.
- Work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
- Strive to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and uphold service excellence.
- Follow project-specific communication guidelines during customer interactions.
- Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and help achieve performance goals (KPIs).
- Participate in training sessions as required.
Requirements:
German language proficiency at A2/B1 level or higher.
Good command of English (B1+ or better) to understand internal documentation and communication.
Previous experience in outsourced customer service is an advantage.
Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
Positive, optimistic, and service-oriented attitude.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shift work.
For written communication roles: excellent written German and a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
