What youll do

Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Monitor and analyze key metrics such as customer satisfaction and first contact resolution.

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

Manage schedules, ensure coverage, and coordinate with Workforce Management.

Handle escalations and complex cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Collaborate with Training, Quality, and Operations teams to optimize processes and service delivery.

Use data insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring

Native-level proficiency in Slovenian and strong English communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of contact center experience.

Previous experience as a team lead or supervisor is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching abilities.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and contact center systems (CRM, WFM).
