Were looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to guide and support a team of dedicated representatives. In this role, youll drive performance, coach team members, and ensure every customer receives top-quality service.

What youll do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as customer satisfaction and first contact resolution.

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

  • Manage schedules, ensure coverage, and coordinate with Workforce Management.

  • Handle escalations and complex cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

  • Collaborate with Training, Quality, and Operations teams to optimize processes and service delivery.

  • Use data insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

  • Native-level proficiency in Slovenian and strong English communication skills.

  • Minimum 1 year of contact center experience.

  • Previous experience as a team lead or supervisor is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching abilities.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and contact center systems (CRM, WFM).
