• The Role

A traditional Single Family Office with significant real estate exposure is seeking a CFO to oversee financial strategy, structuring and reporting.

The portfolio includes direct real estate holdings, operating entities and investment structures across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management
  Supervise accounting teams and external administrators
• Manage real estate entity structures and capital calls
• Coordinate tax planning with internal and external advisors
• Oversee debt facilities and lender relationships
• Ensure compliance across investment vehicles

Profile

• 12+ years of experience in family office, private real estate, or real estate investment platforms
• Strong knowledge of real estate structures, SPVs and partnership accounting
• Experience with multi-entity reportingCPA preferred
