CIO / COO – Single Family Office

A growing Single Family Office in Palm Beach is seeking a combined CIO/COO to oversee both investment strategy and operational execution.

This role requires someone comfortable operating across asset allocation, manager selection, and day-to-day infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute investment strategy across asset classes

• Conduct due diligence on private investments and fund managers
  

• Oversee portfolio construction and risk monitoring
  

• Build and manage operational framework (reporting, compliance, governance)
  Manage banking relationships and liquidity planning

• Recruit and oversee internal staff and external advisors

Profile

- 10–20 years of experience in investment management or family office leadership

- Strong analytical and operational skillset

- Experience across private markets and public strategies

- Comfortable working in a lean environment

- Long-term mindset with strong principal communication skills
