Role Overview
Become a vital part of the Czech-speaking support department for a global leader in digital and e-commerce platforms. Operating out of our Lisbon hub, you will act as a bridge between the brand and its users, utilizing your passion for online shopping and customer service to resolve issues involving accounts, orders, and site services. Start date April 30, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to Czech-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address and resolve inquiries regarding product details, payment processing, and shipment tracking with accuracy and a human touch.
  • Adhere to established platform protocols and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Consistently achieve daily performance targets related to productivity and quality.
  • Adapt to higher workload demands during major sales events and peak seasons.
  • Ensure every customer interaction is meticulously logged within internal database systems.

Candidate Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in Czech combined with a functional command of English.
  • Experience: Prior background in a customer-facing role is a distinct advantage.
  • Attributes: An empathetic communicator who can remain rational and decisive under pressure.
  • Legal: Valid EU Identification, a Portuguese Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or a Type D Work Visa (valid or expired) with a confirmed AIMA appointment and a NIF.
  • Social Security: While a NISS is preferred, we offer administrative support to help you obtain one.

Work Logistics

  • Location: 100% On-Site in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Rotational Shifts: Monday through Sunday, covering either 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00.
  • Days Off: Two rotating days off per week.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary Structure: Annual base pay distributed over 14 months, plus a daily meal stipend of €7.63.
  • Financial Extras: A monthly complexity bonus of €45 (for 11 months) and a Welcome Bonus (1500€) divided into 12 monthly payments.
  • Contractual Security: Transition to a permanent contract following a successful 3-month trial period.
  • Health: Comprehensive medical insurance starting from your first day (becoming free of charge after 6 months).
  • Relocation: For those moving from abroad, we provide shared housing for up to one year (note: flight costs are not covered, and internal Portuguese relocation is not supported).
