About the Role

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join a multilingual team in Lisbon, delivering exceptional support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

This role focuses on translation, language support, and customer assistance, helping clients optimize their experience with products and services. The position suits candidates with strong written and spoken Russian and English skills who value a stable contract and a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to SMB clients across multiple communication channels: live chat, email, and phone
  • Conduct outbound calls when needed to ensure prompt query resolution
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products, guiding clients to maximize campaign performance
  • Offer expert guidance on products and tools to enhance client experience
  • Identify trends and recurring challenges, proactively implementing solutions to improve client satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a rotational shift schedule covering Monday to Sunday

Requirements

  • Russian
  • English B2
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
