Customer Support Technician – Automotive | Spanish
Job Description:
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Technician with a background in automotive mechanics to join a specialist team based in Porto. In this role, you will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and/or chat
- Diagnose and resolve issues using your automotive technical knowledge
- Document cases accurately and follow established processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction
What we are looking for:
- Spanish fluent (minimum C1) — mandatory
- Portuguese B2–C1 — mandatory
- Previous experience as an automotive mechanic — mandatory
- Minimum 12th grade / high school completion
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
