Customer Support Technician – Automotive | Spanish

 Job Description:

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Technician with a background in automotive mechanics to join a specialist team based in Porto. In this role, you will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Diagnose and resolve issues using your automotive technical knowledge
  • Document cases accurately and follow established processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction

What we are looking for:

  • Spanish fluent (minimum C1) — mandatory
  • Portuguese B2–C1 — mandatory
  • Previous experience as an automotive mechanic — mandatory
  • Minimum 12th grade / high school completion
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
