In this position, you will represent a premier global home appliances brand, serving as the primary bridge for customers navigating product setups, technical updates, and device troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, professional support to Italian and English-speaking customers regarding premium home appliances and technical troubleshooting.
- Guide users through step-by-step device setups, operational adjustments, and product optimization.
- Log, track, and follow up on customer service tickets, ensuring detailed case history is maintained.
- Coordinate with repair teams or logistical departments to organize hardware updates or product replacements when necessary.
- Actively embrace continuous coaching, quality feedback, and tool training to maintain peak service standards.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Italian and a high working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication style.
- Problem-Solving Ability: A patient, structured approach to walking clients through step-by-step technical or product solutions.
- Adaptability: Highly receptive to feedback and comfortable working a rotational daytime schedule (no night shifts required).
- Location: Fully available to work on-site at our multicultural hub in Lisbon.

- Base Salary: paid over 14 months.
- Meal Allowance: €150 per month.
